Shipping

 

 

Domestic Orders

 

We offer regular and expedited shipping in the US. 

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate delivery within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you select expedited shipping your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days.  Please note, shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get you your order as soon as possible. Also, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. 

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. 

 

 

International Orders

 

 

We ship anywhere in the world.

Please note, we cannot cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package. Bartaile is not responsible for any delays that may occur in international shipping as a result of customs. Additionally, we are unable to provide free return shipping to our international friends at this time. We are working on it because nothing would make us happier than sending you Bartaile products hassle-free.

 

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-14 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we will get it to you as fast as possible depending on where you are.

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

 

Bartaile will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition with original tags, straps and dust bag for a full refund (less the initial shipping cost) or an exchange.

Your return must be received within 30 days from the date you received your shipment.

 

To process a return or an exchange:

 

1 - Send us an email to returns@bartaile.com and include your name, order number and whether you're returning the item for a refund or exchanging for a different style.

2 – If you ordered from the US, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. For international customers, unfortunately at this time you will be responsible for shipping. We will send you the address where you must send your return item. 

3 - You package your item and schedule it for pick up.

4- Once our warehouse receives your package and confirms the merchandise is in good condition, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.

 

Exchanges are typically faster. YAY!

 

For U.S. customers, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track each package once it leaves your hands. We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent using a method other than our pre-paid return labels.
